Nothing beets our borscht, if we do say so ourselves (get it?). Don't be fool by the color; this guy is packed with kale and cabbage, the beets just sweeten the deal. Throw in some bison meat an chia seeds for protein and you've got a hearty soup that tastes a lot better than it might sound.
